Tip out bin makeover! I love this garage sale freebie turned necessity!

Hello everyone! This is my new 2nd grade blog!  My kindergarten blog will still be there, no worries! :) I decided to name this blog Second Success because I will be teaching 2nd grade (obviously) and this will be my 2nd teaching position.

This year I will be teaching 2nd grade at Lawndale in Amarillo. I am very excited! Everyone I have met has been very helpful & I am eager to begin this year! I can't wait to meet all of my students! Starting Tuesday I will begin delving into the TEKS with my teammates. I am dying to get started!

Here are a few pictures of my classroom when the previous teacher was still in it & packing to move.

My classroom spent the summer in boxes in my bedrom & living room (see above pic). I am soooo glad to have my house back!

 These boxes were left in my room by the retiring teacher. Lots of good stuff in here!!! Tons of books I am very excited about!
