I am so proud of these kids! All they were required to tell & show in their project is where the animal lived & what it eats. They all went above & beyond! Each project is unique & so creative! My heart is bursting, I am so proud of these kids! Not only that but they were able to teach their classmates in the process! So now we all know what a pig, lion, giraffe, zebra, t-rex, wolf, tiger, velociraptor, pteranodon, brachiosaurus, panther, bluejay, king cobra, bald eagle, horse, lizard, bear rabbit, cow, and gorilla need to survive and the things that affect their survival. Way to go 2nd graders!!!!! :) AND thank you very much parents for your involvement! I know your children loved every minute of working with you on this project! :)

My kids have 27 levels of facts to "level up" through. I used the Mario man to make it more fun. We just started yesterday but today three more students leveled up. :) I am really looking forward to seeing their numeracy skills improve! :) Go 2nd graders!

These kiddos make me laugh! :)

Here is free writing paper I created with a space for capital letter & punctuation. Also the boxes get progressively smaller and lines increase. Created per suggestion of Ms. Kelly Thompson- wonderful Region 16 educator! :)
